The staff, including Mr Christian and GM Gratiela, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They assisted me promptly when I lost my handbag and identification documents. The services offered, from room service to shuttle options, were excellent.

I felt like I was floating on a cloud in the lovely hotel. The rooms were cozy, but keep in mind they only have a small window facing an internal ventilation hole.
